Da Luca is already known for its famous specialties. Come and enjoy a wonderful show where the main role is played by the chef Mauro Farris with its Genovese cuisine. He studied culinary in Sardinia, Italy, in his native country. Before moving to Barcelona, he worked not only in Italy but also in the UK, specifically in London. In Barcelona, he was part of the Tragaluz group and also developed his skills in the Restaurant Noti. Mauro Farris also organized culinary events for the Fira of Barcelona. Once his talent was discovered by the Hotel Alexandra, he was brought by this wonderful boutique hotel to its restaurant and created an amazing Italian style menu.
This special menu follows the traditional Italian cuisine recipes and special cooking techniques and is being served with authentic Italian products. Seafood salad with vegetables, prawns, squids, cuttlefish, mussels and fish, grilled gilt head with cauliflower puree and small sauteed vegetables with herb butter, risotto artichokes and squid… These are just some of the examples of a combination of fresh Mediterranean fish and vegetables.
Moreover, the chef Mauro Farris also created a brunch buffet which offers a variety of Italian flavors, hot and cold which will be accompanied by a live show by the Da Luca Team. At the end, some digestive liquors will be served such as grappa and limoncello. Or you can complement the Italian culinary experience with a host of top-class Italian wines. You cannot miss it!
