The first glimpse when you encounter Langelinie is the astonishing Little Mermaid statue. Standing at only 1.25 meters high and weighing around 175 kg, this marvel has been one of the symbols of Copenhagen since its unveiling on August 23, 1913. It was a present from the brewer Carl Jacobsen of the Carlsberg Breweries. It was made by a sculptor by the name of Edvard Erichsen. Every year it is celebrated in a special way and 75% of tourists who visit Copenhagen throughout the year visit the famous Little Mermaid.

Cool ice art in a cool place
ICEBAR by ICEHOTEL has launched a new concept: Northernmost Attitude at Hotel Twentyseven. The bar has renewed itself once again and now welcomes guests with new ice art by Åke Larsson and Åke Larsson.
