New York’s Midtown area isn’t just for business anymore. Many new, exciting restaurants, bars and attractions have arrived not just for the average tourist but for seasoned New Yorkers as well. Since NYC is jammed pack with “things to do” you just have to find that “thing” that excites you. Since the Dream Hotel – a boutique hotel from the Epoque Hotels‘ collection, is centrally located in Midtown Manhattan (210 West 55th St.) you have the options to set foot in 6 different sections all within a 20 block radius of the hotel.

Central Park: If you are just looking for a “green” spot to rest your feet or get away from all the hustle and bustle you can take an relaxing stroll through Central Park’s many trails and attractions. Stop in at Sheeps Meadow which is quite accessible on 69th street and Central Park West for a picnic or just to relax and from there you can walk to the Neil Singer Lilac Walk just a few feet away. You could spend the entire day just in the park but after the walks head east to 5th avenue and you will come across many of today’s premiere shopping establishments.
