BEI Restaurant in Beijing

If you are going to Beijing we recommend you to visit the restaurant BEI, which is opened just recently.  In this restaurant the Asian food is not being prepared by somebody from Asia, what you will expect, but from a New Orleans-born New Yorker Max Levy.  He immigrated to Beijing because he fell in love with the Asian style and his obsession with Japanese cooking provides the framework for many of the dishes. Bei is located in the district of Chaoyang. The design of this restaurant, black and dark, is designed by the world renowned design team Neri & Hu; the whole look and feel of this restaurant will give a nice modern impression which you will certainly love.
