Hotel Alexandra, Copenhagen – New Year with New Designs

2013 was the year where the Hotel Alexandra brought half of its rooms back to the 50´s. The rooms were decorated with furniture, wallpapers, lamps and textiles like the design loving Danes did in the 50′s. 

2014 is the time for moving ahead. The Hotel Alexandra just now started the renovation of the last rooms and they will be decorated just as the design loving Danes did it in the 60´s. The staff of the Alexandra Hotel is looking very much forward to be able to show you all the rooms in early March 2014.

The iconic designer’s own rooms – The deluxe rooms and suites, dedicated entirely to one of each Danish icon, such as  Finn Juhl, Verner Panton, Hans Wegner, Børge Mogensen, Nanna Ditzel andArne Jacobsen, are still the pride and finest take on living life in tune with Danish design tradition.
