Scuderie del Quirinale September 24, 2009 – January 17, 2010

A fabulous exhbition at the Scuderie del Quirinale in Rome.  An overview of the pictorial ability of the Ancient Romans during the period that goes from the 2nd Century B.C. to the 4th Century A.D. There are approximately 100 works of art, frescos and paintings on linen , wood, glass etc., coming from the most prestigious institutions like the Louvre, the British Museum, the Vatican Museums and Pompeii.
