Hotel Pulitzer, Paris Earns a Fourth Star

Hotel Pulitzer Paris, a member of Epoque Hotels, located in a historic building right in central Paris’ Opéra district, has been awarded an extra star in recognition of its status as one of the most cosmopolitan bases in the French capital. Now rated 4 -star, this luxury boutique hotel has become a major haunt for tourists and business travellers alike in Paris.

The French hotel classification system, which dated to 1986, was recently amended. The new standards set out a total of 246 criteria for the awarding of stars, and the constant efforts to update Hotel Pulitzer Paris have now been recognized, with over 1 million Euros invested over the last two years.

According to Luis Roig, the Managing Director of Grupo Regina, a Spanish group with over 40 years of experience in the hotel industry, “at Hotel Pulitzer Paris we put customer service first as well as the decoration and ambience of our spaces. This extra star means that we now have all of our hotels within the 4-­‐star bracket which helps us to bolster the company’s standing.”

Tellingly, given its location in Paris, the hotel stands out for its distinctive cosmopolitan feel and its unique interior design, combining quirky local antiques, the latest technology and recycled industrial objects across its 44 exclusive rooms and public areas.
