PADDOCK TO PLATE AU NATUREL

Benjamin Devos, Patrick Marie Herbet and Yves Godard will host the season’s first Organic Dinner at Grace Beijing Garden on June 8, 2012.
Our concept is to invite you to an al fresco countryside dinner, with long tables and music and 100 percent all-organic food and wines.

All products served are the result of years and years of hard work and passion,from women and men going way beyond short term commercial interest.

It’s with a great honor and a genuine sense of responsibility that we want to pay a tribute to people who dedicate their lives to such a noble cause.
A set menu prepared by Christian Hoffman. with a selection of organic wines, will be sold for 500 RMB.
