New York City- Travel Tips – part II

After the first part of my recommendations from my last trip to New York City, it is time for a second edition. I hope you will enjoy it and you will follow my instructions! I encourage you to leave a comment and share your thoughts with us!

• Visit High Line – the New York City’s unique park which was built on a section of the former elevated freight railroad spur.

• Go to the intersection on 23rd Street, Broadway and Fifth Avenue and admire the unique Flatiron building located there.

• Admire the Chrysler Building - an Art Deco skyscraper which can be seen from many places.

• Stand next to a high building and feel its altitude. Is it better to be here on the ground or up there on the 77^th floor?

• Go and visit the Grand Central Terminal (GCT) which is the largest train station in the world by number of platforms. There are 44 of them with 67 tracks along.

• Take a look at the Statue of Liberty from the Staten Island Ferry (free service).

• If you like musicals or if you are just a fan of a great and unique experience – the Broadway Theatre – is the place to be. Visit the Broadway theatre district and see a musical and you will not be disappointed.
