Christmas Markets in Berlin

A trip to a Christmas Market is a great occasion to visit European cities. It does not only mean to go to places that one has never seen before, but also to rediscover cities under other circumstances.

A visit to a Christmas Market has become more and more popular. No wonder why! It is a great opportunity to travel, to spend time with family and friends in a unique atmosphere, to buy some Christmas decorations, to purchase presents or just to enjoy a moment… Where else you can immerse yourself in the warm and flashing atmosphere of shops, stands, fruits dipped in marzipan or a glass of hot wine…?

Visiting Berlin – the capital of Germany, during winter time is a must. We are not sure if there is any other city with such a big number of Christmas Markets! We counted 22 of them! Amazing right?

Below we represent some of them. We focused on the ones in the City Center. Below you can also find our recommendation for boutique hotels.
