Sri Lanka – a Paradise Not Only For Adam and Eve

There is a legend…That once Adam and Eve were exiled from paradise; they found their asylum in Sri Lanka. The history of this couple is thought to be written over there. No wonder, whoever goes to Sri Lanka, wants to stay on this beautiful island until the end of the world. Sri Lanka resembles a giant teardrop falling from the southern tip of India. It is, indeed, located near India but it is very different from its neighbor. Sri Lanka is a country full of endless palm beaches, coral reefs, tropical forests and coconut palm trees. Not to mention, the huge tea plantation and the colorful collection of spice gardens such as: cardamom, cinnamon or vanilla. One can also observe the lives of birds over there, as well as those of elephants, monkeys and leopards.

The island is also famous for gemstones such as blue sapphires, rubies and moonstones, which are popular among jewelers. Fortunately, neither the jewelry nor the spices weigh a lot and take up much space in the luggage so it is a must to take them home as a souvenir!

Sri Lanka has become one of the world’s most popular destinations to get married and enjoy a honeymoon. Young marriages love to spend hours enjoying Ayurveda treatments. They differ from the majority of conventional cures in its unique approach towards healing. Rather than trying to cure a disease in isolation, ayurveda takes into account an individual in his entirety. Speaking about singles, they calm their minds in the resorts’ privacy and sacrifice their time for self – exploration. Sri Lanka is a desirable place by everybody and ideal destination for every person.
